I ran into this a while ago but had forgotten about it; Italeri has a handy conversion chart for multiple lines of fairly common paint.A lot of old Italeri kits specified Model Master paints because of their relationship with Testors. Some of the conversions appear to be approximates. For the rivet counters, that won't be perfect, but if you are someone who just needs something in the ballpark, it will definitely help.The paint systems covered are:Tamiya, Humbrol, Gunze, and Revell.It's particularly convenient if you want to look up a particular Federal Standard (FS) number.Hobbico (now parent company of Revell Germany) has this conversion chart from the Revell line of paint to Model Master:.
